From hedgerow herbs to seasonal flavours, you will discover what is growing locally and how it can be used.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter the walk, we head to Cirencester Distilling Co. for an introduction to gin making. Using a selection of botanicals, including some you have foraged yourself, you will create and distil your own unique bottle of gin to take home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhether you are curious about foraging, interested in craft spirits, or simply looking for a different kind of day out, Bush to Bottle is designed to be informative, practical, and enjoyable throughout.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have 6 stills available, which can be used either by 1 person, or 2 people sharing.
