How long is a gin school session?
Each session lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours, depending on the number of people.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?
From the booking calendar, select the day and time session you want, and enter the voucher code on the payment page.

Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Cancellations of amendments up to 7 days prior to the booked date are free of charge. Amendments after that are at our descretion. No refunds on cancellations within 7 days.

How long does a voucher last for?
Your gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Are gift vouchers refundable?
Sorry, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Do I need to book for a Pop In Gin?
No need to book, just pop in anytime and we'll have your gin ready in 2hrs (or collection next day)

Do you charge for tastings?
No, you can taste the range from Uncommon Distillery free of charge. Try before you buy but you're under no obligation to buy!

Do you allow dogs?
Well behaved dogs are welcome for tasting drop ins but dogs are not allowed for gin school sessions.
